GENERAL MEMBERSHIP RULES EFFECTIVE FROM JANUARY 1, 2024

1.1 There is no minimum age requirement for membership in Esport 4 Alle’s membership program (hereinafter referred to as "E4A Friends").

A membership in E4A Friends is a contractual agreement between Esport 4 Alle AS, org. no. 916246013, a Norwegian association with its registered office at Storgata 26, 1607 Fredrikstad (hereinafter referred to as "Esport 4 Alle") and you, personally (hereinafter referred to as "the member"). Memberships and membership cards cannot be issued to companies or other legal entities. Only one natural person may be registered per membership unless it is a family membership

1.2 "Benefit" is referenced in the E4A Friends membership terms and conditions."Benefit" refers to perks exclusively available to members of E4A Friends. Benefits may be fixed and communicated to the member, but they can also be spontaneous (e.g., surprises, challenges, member events, and more). Esport 4 Alle reserves the right to adjust the benefits available through E4A Friends. Current benefits included in E4A Friends along with further details can be found on our website.

1.3 Participation in E4A Friends is governed by these terms and conditions, and it is the member's responsibility to read and understand all terms and conditions, including any amendments thereto. These terms and conditions are valid as of January 1, 2024, and replace all prior terms and conditions from previous loyalty programs by Esport 4 Alle.

1.4 The member shall take appropriate measures to prevent others from gaining access to their membership card, membership number, or the username/password for "My Page" on our online portal.

1.5 If a member loses their membership card or if any contact details change, the member should contact Esport 4 Alle customer service using the contact details provided on our contact page.

1.6 E4A Friends is valid until further notice, and Esport 4 Alle reserves the right to terminate E4A Friends by giving members six months' advance notice.

1.7 Esport 4 Alle reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions for E4A Friends. Esport 4 Alle will notify you of any material changes, or changes that are disadvantageous to members, by informing members via at least one of E4A Friends' communication channels, i.e., via the website, email, SMS, or regular mail.
Esport 4 Alle will do its utmost to ensure that any changes to the terms and conditions are communicated in a timely manner.

1.8 Esport 4 Alle reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate an E4A Friends membership if the membership is misused. Such termination may take effect immediately and without notice, and will result in the forfeiture of any benefits. Such misuse may include, for example, disrespectful or unreasonable behavior toward Esport 4 Alle or its members, criminal acts, or actions deemed immoral or unethical, or that violate these terms and conditions. The member may terminate their membership at any time by sending an email to Esport 4 Alle.

1.9 It is the member's responsibility to inform their club in advance and to obtain consent from their club if such consent is required when expecting to earn points in E4A Friends based on point-generating expenses paid for by the club.
