Esport for Alle and Østfold University College have entered into a partnership where HiØ will document and evaluate the ripple effects of E4A's activities and initiatives. Ph.D. candidate Trude Tonhom states that this project is innovative and unique, making it very rewarding and educational for researchers.
“We will be following events, clubs, and organizational work. The first round is already underway, where we are looking at how holiday gaming can work in a local library.”
Chairman of the board at E4A, Kai R. Pedersen, emphasizes that the university college's role will be to assess and ensure the quality of the many projects initiated by the association.
“We see it as very positive to bring in academic expertise to assess the impact of our initiatives. We simply want objective evaluations of which strategies work best in the local community.”
